Negotiating a price for a new vehicle was very easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. This was the best purchasing experience I've had. I had the easiest time negotiating the purchase of my new vehicle and trading in my old one. This is by far the BEST experience we have ever had!!! I had a trailer hitch installed on my new Outback. They did a great job in less time than expected. It looks like a factory installation. Josh, the service advisor, was great. Five stars on service and app did a great job in less time than expected. It looks like a factory installation. Josh, the service advisor, was great. Five stars on service and apparent quality (I haven't used the hitch yet). Two dings: I didnt realize the tech needed access to the spare tire well. The tech emptied everything from the back of the car into the back seat and didn't put anything back when finished. Also, for a $700 service call, a courtesy vacuum and wash would have been nice. If not for those, I would have rated the whole experience five stars. More
