Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. He was very knowledgeable and professional when it came time to look at a new model of Legacy for me. I didn't know his schedule nor did I coordinate before hand with him but since we had discussed a purchase a few weeks earlier, he came in early once I was ready to move forward and my wait time was very minimal for the entire process. Juan sold me the car I wanted and wasn't pushy for the upgrades. Some of which mean little to me in my particular situation but would be useful to others.
