Breaks the stigma of the "car dealership experience" I live a bit far from the dealership, and as such conducted the majority of the buying process over the phone. On the day I went to the dealership physically, I was pleasantly surprised to find the dealership employees attentive (but not overbearing). The show room was clean and the hospitality was greatly appreciated, they worked to make you comfortable weather or not you were there to buy anything/get any services. As far as the buying process, it was painless, even the signing of paperwork was....dare I say.....enjoyable, made so buy the gentleman assisting me through the process. our sales person, Danny was outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional. '18 OUTBACK - FIRST SERVICE (6k) I arrived without an appointment, was greeted by Gabriel. He was courteous and accommodating and said it would take 90 minutes, which it did. They even detailed the car before they released it. I have only seen that occur at Mercedes dealerships. I have been converted from being a 35 year Ford customer over to being a Subaru customer. Our family including my daughters, have an '18 Outback, '18 Crosstrek and '14 Forester. Subaru is a perfect blend of economy, durability, comfort, safety and endurance. We have seen him pick of his employees trash from the garbage cans and interact with everyone. He is a real common man.. another good quality when looking for a reputable company. The finance man was wonderful too...I forgot his name :(. He was able to provide ETA's on when the car would be ready, what needed to be done and was very attentive. It's folks like Gabriel M. that make this dealership a great place to get my car serviced.
