Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. The service department lives up to their name and that is service with a smile and efficiency. They are quick to get started and always beat the projected time frame and today they beat their time by thirty minutes! I used to honestly hate servicing my other vehicles because I would wait half a day to be seen and then the maintenance would begin. But here at this Subaru dealership, they well hard, fast, and to their best ability. There has never been a second where I was disappointed with them. They always seem to be my mind with their amazing work to serve and to be selfless in their jobs. I 100% recommend this place to everyone I know just because of the friendliness, their guidance, and ultimately their customer experience.
