Mark worked with me through the process of gathering all of the information necessary to answer my question, even though I made it clear that I was not prepared to walk away with a car that day. With no haggle whatsoever, he gave me a payment I couldn't pass up with no more money down than I walked in intending to give him. From there, the only pain was the amount of time it takes to complete the paperwork, and the number of times I had to sign my name. Every single person I dealt with was a complete pleasure. I look forward to shopping with this dealer again at the end of my lease. More

Customer Service Excellence Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. They could hear me but I could not hear them. Kevin took the time just before the end of the day to cheerfully take a look at the issue. Within 10 minutes he had the issue resolved and I was on my way.
