Subaru of Jacksonville

At the end of October, I went into another Subaru dealership within the area to view a vehicle that my son and his girlfriend were interested in purchasing, unfortunately I was not given the service dealership within the area to view a vehicle that my son and his girlfriend were interested in purchasing, unfortunately I was not given the service I expected. I spoke to my son and told him to go to Subaru of Jacksonville that is where Mr. Josh Strickland assisted them. On November 25, 2013, I contacted Mr. Josh Strickland in behalf of my son and his girlfriend and advised him that I would be the one discussing any purchase agreements and we were not going to make any decisions until I researched other dealerships. Josh responded to all of my questions and provided written quotes. Josh allowed several days pass and contacted me to determine our decision; we decided to meet on December 7th. When we arrived at the dealership not only Josh provided outstanding service, everyone we spoke to provided excellent service. Because of the service provided by Josh a 2014 Forester was purchased. In addition, to receiving outstanding service from Josh, Mr. Juan Hernandez assisted with educating on features of the vehicle. Because of Josh and Juan outstanding service, I have told several co workers of the amazing service provided by Jacksonville Subaru.
