Jerry and the finance team were genuinely friendly, honest, and answered all of our questions. No pressure, no haggle, just a pain-free experience! I didn't like the prices in my area, a quick internet search for the dealers in my state, Subaru of Jacksonville gave an instant price i was willing to pay, and honored USAA pricing and the deal was done. Mark and Anita were FANTASTIC I was hunting for a new car and had hoped to get a little more time with the old one before I had to get a new loan. The day my car died was the first time I had been able to track down a stick shift Subaru and test drive it. We tracked the right color and stick shift online and had a lovely interaction with their dept and I was handed over to Mark for the face to face. Mark deal with me fairly and was a genuine guy to deal with. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or get one over on me (I have had this in past experiences). I felt like he respected not only my time but also that I had done my homework on my car purchase. Anita in Finance was fantastic and made it (almost) a pleasure to sign loan documents. Her bubbly personality was a great help since I hate taking out loans. She, too, never made me feel rushed or pushed and I felt respected. More
