Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. My Sales person Josh Strickland was friendly, and knowledgeable and even I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Subaru of Jacksonville. My Sales person Josh Strickland was friendly, and knowledgeable and even synced up my phone to the car for me! He was really great! I didn't feel pressured at all, and I felt like they gave me a great deal. Anita the finance person was wonderful as well! She really worked hard to get me a payment that was within my budget, with a warranty upgrade to boot!! Honestly, even the girl who called me after I sent my internet inquiry was sweet and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I have already recommended this dealership to several people. More

A comparison of inventory, pricing and customer service with another local Subaru dealership showed me there was no comparison. My salesman was very knowledgeable of Subaru products and made every effort to sell me what I needed and wanted. The finance side of the transaction also was made with my needs and interests as paramount. All paper work was completed and available for my signatures when I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase. The entire experience was enjoyable and professional. More
