No silly negotiating games...got the car we waanted at the price we wanted to,spend.....was very happy working with the sales respresenative Frank Woods. He knew alot about the cars he was selling ( you would be surprised but many car salespeople are not car savy, but Frank knew his stuff) and was easy to work with. Then you find the car you want and here starts the numbers game. When we went last Saturday, no one came right up to us as soon as we got out of the car, which was great! We were looking at a used car. So we are in the dealership playing that numbers game when we saw a brand new model of the used car we were negotiating. We asked our salesperson ,Jerry Johnson how much a new model would be. He gave us a very fair price and we bought it!! We are so happy!! Jerry Johnson is an amazing guy; patient, kind, and no pressure. When Jerry brought my husband and me the 'numbers', I looked at them in shock (they were so good, I had to keep a poker face). Even though I already knew my husband's response, I asked Jerry if I could discuss with him alone for a little while. I just sat there and smiled at my husband, and his response was 'what do we need to talk about?' Ha! Also, Anita has such a great, bubbly personality. Again, there was no pressure when closing the deal. She is wonderful! They both are very knowledgeable and treated me like family. They made the process seamless and relaxed. We got the stock carpet mats plus the all weather ones with door guard molding and a couple of ball caps! Love this place! Like how they do business, from the greeting and hospitality of the salesman, to the fantastic finance specialist (she's amazing!) and the farewell wave off. These people are family and made my wife and I feel at home. They also donated $500 to a local charity to help children who are sick or ill. As i get older, I worry that I or my wife may have a medical emergency while We are driving. It is nice to be protected by Subaru's eyesight feature. It's good to see that the great products, subarus are being made in America by American workers and it's a group of people that takes great pride in their work. All you need to do is read the quality reviews from consumer reports and other publications about how dependable these cars are. I've had a Legacy for five years and it's been a great experience.
