Fast and smooth I recently traded in and leased a new WRX at Subaru of Jacksonville. I worked with Jerry Johnson who was knowledgeable of the car's features and funct I recently traded in and leased a new WRX at Subaru of Jacksonville. I worked with Jerry Johnson who was knowledgeable of the car's features and functions. I was looking for a base model WRX when I came in but they can be so hard to find. I asked Jerry to show me the premium model and get a feel for the ride. He was very accommodating and I felt no pressure at any point during the process. Despite the version difference, Jerry was able to make the price work and I drove out that evening in a shiny new WRX. The paperwork was fast and easy and Jerry worked to make sure I the wait was as short as possible while the car was pristine by the time I drove it home. Thanks so much for getting me into the car I have long wanted to drive! More

Made me feel like I was family!!!! When I first contacted Juan Hernandez, I told him what I was looking for. He was very informative and easy to talk to. I then told him that it would be around the time I got my income tax to get a car. He understood and sent all his information to my email. When the time was ready I was looking online and found the car that I wanted. The car was located at Subaru of Jacksonville, and because of Juan's great personality and educational he was, I remembered that he sent his information to my email. When I contacted Juan he still remembered talking to me!!! That was impressive, because I first spoke to him about 2 months ago. It really made me feel that I was important. When I contacted him about the car he knew everything there was about the car I was looking at. He asked me to come down to the dealership. I went down there, where I was greeted like I was part of his family. He offered me a drink, and we talked for a min about life in general. When we started on the business side of things I felt very comfortable at that point. I ended buying the car, so all in all the experience was great!!! Juan Hernandez is the one who made my experience that way. I am a type of person that if I get treated right, I will always go back. When the time comes, I will go back to Juan for another car. Great Sales Job Frank Woods did a great job - answered questions but was not pushy, very knowledgeable.
