Purchase of Subaru Outback I was not in the market for a new Subaru when I came in for a service visit. Knowing all the safety qualities of Subaru, I concentrated on listening about the bells and whistles of a new car. Took several days to consider the purchase of the new car. Throughout the process, there was never any pressure, just an easy going, friendly attitude from Mark. He answered all of my questions. When I decided to purchase, the car I selected was brought to me for a test drive. All the features were identified. The Finance Office experience was quick, friendly and easy to understand. With the deal completed I was given a thorough explanation of the Outback's features and how those features worked, along with a review of the dealership's customer services. All in all, a very easy and comfortable experience in buying the car. More
