Jerry Johnson, the manager responded promptly and when we re-connected with him a couple of weeks later when we were ready, he made sure a car of our liking was available to look at and test drive. Everything went smooth throughout the process including excellent explanation of how to use the different features of the auto. Finance piece was easy as we already had that pre-set with our bank --so no issues and very accommodating. Highly recommend More
