Great Customer Service I just purchased a 2017 Impreza Sport Sedan. This is my third Subaru. The car of my dreams was no longer in the showroom and I was brokenhearted. My s I just purchased a 2017 Impreza Sport Sedan. This is my third Subaru. The car of my dreams was no longer in the showroom and I was brokenhearted. My saleman, Sabino Martinez, located another car just like the one I had my heart set on. I was so happy! It was so sad for me but I traded in my 2004 Impreza. I had the car for 14 years and there were many memorable road trips. Sabino assured me that the car would go to someone else in need, who couldnot afford a brand new car. Phil in the finance department made me feel so relaxed and had assisted me in getting a better finance rate. The overall experience from start to finish was wonderful, Customer Service being this dealerships top priority. I look forward to many years ahead with a car I absolutely LOVE! I sent an inquiry request via cargurus.com and Mr. Juan contacted me a few hours later. Met up with Juan Hernandez, he showed all of the features and upgrades, then we went off for a test drive. Afterwards we discussed a few numbers, signed some paperwork, then headed out with my new Jeep! The whole process took about an hour. Felt like I came out of there with a great deal. Definitely will recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to my friends and family in the future. New or used, their customer service was truly exceptional. More
