At Subaru of Jax the first offer from the dealer was within a few hundred dollars of where we wanted to be. I sent back a counter offer and we arrived at a reasonable compromise. It took minutes compared to the hours I spent at Keith Pierson Toyota. This is my first Subaru and my first purchase at this dealership. I fully expect a long and mutually beneficial relationship. I didn't feel like he was trying any car sales "tricks" on me or anything. Just straight to the point not wasting either of our time. He followed up with me after the sale and held on to some items i had left in my old car (trade) and reminded me that they were in his possession even after i had forgotten myself.
