Excellent Service!! I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to have a look at my AC. There wasn't enough time today to have a look at my AC but the staff was cour I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to have a look at my AC. There wasn't enough time today to have a look at my AC but the staff was courteous and offered to have a look at it in two days. They also took care of a recall issue while I was there. Subaru hitch install I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitche I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitches are less expensive and I may have been able to install it myself, but was it the best option? The Subaru hitch was made specifically for the vehicle, would be stronger, would be installed by a Subaru technician and that peace of mind made it the right choice for me. They had the hitch in stock and I had my car back within a few hours. Very happy my choice. More
Danny arranged to fix my car even though the repair was out At 76,500 miles my wheel bearing needed to be replaced at a cost of over $400. My 2013 Forester is only 6.5 years old. The only "off-roading" my wife and I do is driveways and parking lots. Of all the cars and all the brands I have owned I have never had to replace wheel bearings under 100,000 miles. I was upset that the repair was required however, I was prepared to pay the cost since my car was clearly out of warranty and the repair was necessary. Danny considered the issue and got back to me. He agreed that this was probably a problem with the part and arranged to have Subaru pick up the entire tab. I was very pleased to see that Danny recognized the situation to be unique and took the initiative to have Subaru pick up the cost. This is service far above and beyond expectation. More
Audio Issues I was in town from Lakeland and my audio connection to my phone was intermittent. The Subaru service dept updated my audio software and the radio and I was in town from Lakeland and my audio connection to my phone was intermittent. in and out fast Oil Change and Tire Rotation I needed an Oil Change, I had NO appointment, called and they said "come on in and we will get you taken care of".. I pulled up to see a lot of Subar I needed an Oil Change, I had NO appointment, called and they said "come on in and we will get you taken care of".. I pulled up to see a lot of Subaru's around the service dept and was concerned I might be waiting a while. They came out and greeted me right away, got my name information, etc and welcomed me into the service waiting area. In less than 1 hour, i was back in my car and on the road. Everyone there was SO nice and friendly even with COVID-19 forcing us to wear masks, i could feel the smiles that were hidden behind the masks. I have had SEVERAL cars and been to several service departments for basic services and this is HANDS DOWN the best service EVER. Best is quality, Best in quickness and Best in friendly customer service. More
