Work was done efficiently. I always deal with Keven McCarthy or Jennifer Becker, Service Advisors and usually have the services of my favorite mechanic, Dan Welser. Make sure you get the appropriate service coupon needed if told something isn't under warranty if you know you have the money to cover the cost along with the free car wash at the end. More

Simple Fix I had a problem with my eyesight technology. I was inadvertently blocking the camera with my SunPass. I drove in, got taken care of immediately and I had a problem with my eyesight technology. I was inadvertently blocking the camera with my SunPass. Warranty Service Gabe and Mike M. were the techs who serviced my car when I brought it in recently for warranty service. Not only did they advise me that there had be Gabe and Mike M. were the techs who serviced my car when I brought it in recently for warranty service. Not only did they advise me that there had been a recall recently and the part had been replaced, but I was also informed that there was something particularly unusual about MY 2019 Forester; apparently, while I had been called away unexpectedly out of state and had to leave my car parked for 6 weeks, rodents had decided to take up residence under the hood! Before my panic could sully make over, they had removed a large rats' nest, thoroughly check everything in the engine compartment and gave the car a clean bill of health and me a great degree of relief! thank you Gabe and Mike M.! Had service dept. check out a used car I bought So I bought a used car from a friend for my daughter,I was concerned about any issues it might have. I was offered several options and Mike took care of all the issues the car had. He also recommended subaru services that I definitely took advantage of. Mike knows his cars and took great care of us. He also changed the oil in my wifes lexus. We will definitely be asking for Mike when we need our next service. More
