Fast Professional Service I came into the express service for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Mike M. I asked about how long for the service and he estimate I came into the express service for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Mike M. I asked about how long for the service and he estimated 45 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room and just about 20 minutes later he came in and told me my car was ready and went over all of the findings during the inspection (everything was great). I spent less than 30 minutes total at the dealership from the time I drove on the lot until I pull out. It's great to have a dealership deliver great service in half the time they estimated. I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville for both sales and service. More

Great experience with the Service Department! I brought in my Forester for a routine servicing and had a great overall experience. I didn't make an appointment and had some time to kill in the morning so I brought it in and they were able to get me in immediately. Within about 45 minutes I was notified that my car was ready. Gabe took the time to go over the technician's report and let me know everything looked great on the car. When it came time to pay I let Gabe know I had received a coupon in my email and he gave me an even better discount than what was on the coupon. More

I took my vehicle in for its 1,000-mile service this past Friday (as mentioned with my two grandkids) when checking in Danny (who was an angle) walked us through the building to get to the service wait area. while walking through a young "LADY" walked out from the back-office/waiting area, CUSSING! Right in front of my two grandbabies. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR SUBARU OF JACKSONVILLE! I was so embarrassed when my 5-year-old granddaughter asked me what (F***) means. I went and grabbed one of her cards. The worst part about this visit is when Juan (who was great!!) sold us the vehicle and my husband and I were doing a walkthrough of the dealership. The service guys were cussing behind a wall. Not a very Family-oriented environment. WILL NOT GO BACK PERIOD! ill take my vehicle else ware. I even made an attempt to talk to the owner/manager, and when I asked the rep on the phone to speak with the owner/ main manager, the rep hung up on me! out of all the years of servicing my vehicle I have never been so embarrassed or upset. More
