New customer I recently moved to St Augustine and was looking for a Subaru dealership for my 2 vehicles. After reading all the reviews we decided on Subaru of Jac I recently moved to St Augustine and was looking for a Subaru dealership for my 2 vehicles. After reading all the reviews we decided on Subaru of Jacksonville. One of the main reasons was it family owned business and not one of many in a large auto group. We were treated so well, everyone was courteous and thoughtful and we look forward to a long relationship with Subaru of Jacksonville. I recently purchased a new Ascent and it was time for first service. Even though my vehicle was not purchased at this dealership we were treated like longtime customers . As a courtesy they did my first service free and I even got a car wash!! It was a good decision making Subaru of Jax our hometown dealership!! More

Living up to expectations. I had to take my car in for service and had all of my expectations exceeded. It's rare that a regular service can be performed in under an hour, but S I had to take my car in for service and had all of my expectations exceeded. It's rare that a regular service can be performed in under an hour, but Subaru of Jacksonville managed to do as advertised on their website and get me in and out in 30 minutes! More

Excellent Service Department I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review - this time it is a MUST. I called the service department to see about having a blower motor repl I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review - this time it is a MUST. I called the service department to see about having a blower motor replaced and upon answering I was quickly greeted by Christian Parenio, who did an EXCELLENT job taking care of my issue. Not only was Christian courteous as well as polite but also went out of his way to get an even further reduced rate from my extended warranty company - which I feel was going way over and beyond what was requested of him and definitely made me a much happier customer!
