Great Experience This dealership makes it very easy to get an appointment although unnecessary for routine maintenance. I arrived at 6:40 am (to beat #295 traffic). Th This dealership makes it very easy to get an appointment although unnecessary for routine maintenance. I arrived at 6:40 am (to beat #295 traffic). The service department does not open until 7:30 am but I was warmly greeted and happily ushered into the waiting room even though it was still in the process of being cleaned. All employees were friendly, pleasant and thoroughly explained what was to be done, and what was needed (two air filters required replacement). A recall item that I was not even aware of was fixed. Gabriel was patient and took the time to explain all that was done, even walking me to my cleanly washed and vacuumed car. This was my first time visiting the service department (and we have been Subaru owners for at least 7 years). I was impressed with the sparkling clean waiting area, stocked with drinks and snacks. I do not know the name of the gentleman who let me in at 6:40 am but he certainly earned my appreciation for the kind gesture. More

As usual, as I pulled up to the express lane I was warmly greeted by Max Talbert, Express Service Advisor. My car was taken immediately into the service bay. It took no time at all to have the work done and my keys returned to me. I have always had a great experience at this dealership. With professional and personal employees there to take care of my car's needs, it remains a pleasure to do business with them. Thanks Subaru of Jacksonville. You're the best! I More

I have since bought my car in for regular service twice since then, and my impression remains unchanged. At Subaru of Jacksonville, I've received nothing but the utmost care and stellar customer support. As for this latest service, Gabriel M. was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide ETA's on when the car would be ready, what needed to be done and was very attentive. It's folks like Gabriel M. that make this dealership a great place to get my car serviced. A+ For the service department Had my Crosstrek hybrid towed in after it died on the way to work. They are very kind to my 3 year old and have blocks and a kiddie table for him to eat the cookies that he likes to get there while we are waiting for our work to be completed. You cannot beat the diagnostics and the no pressure to complete extra services. More

Service Perfection I pulled into the service department for a regular scheduled maintenance visit and was greeted by a very pleasant service manager. the manager quickly I pulled into the service department for a regular scheduled maintenance visit and was greeted by a very pleasant service manager. the manager quickly pulled up my historical service records and detailed everything that was to be done during my visit. On top of this he provided an estimate of waiting time for the entire process which they literally hit to the minute ( amazing), the work was done to my satisfaction and the check out process was done very efficiently with them walking me to my vehicle to make sure i was happy with the courtesy washing they provide. I could not have been happier with the experience More
great customer service from the service department i called after 3p.m. on Friday the 15th of March with a battery issue on my 2017 Outback, I told them what was happening and they told me if I could g i called after 3p.m. on Friday the 15th of March with a battery issue on my 2017 Outback, I told them what was happening and they told me if I could get it there by 4:30 they could probably fix it. I got to Subaru of Jacksonville a bit after 4:00 and pulled into the service lane. Gabe and Max were there and came right over to help. I told them wat the problem was and they assured me it was not a problem, Max also told me about a recall that was on my car and that they would take care of it as well. they pulled it into the service area. It was barely 45 minutes later and they told me that it was all taken care of. they replaced the defective battery, completed the recall notice and programed the ECM for the charging system. All of this was at no charge due to it being warranty work. I also asked Gabe about the front power windows not working correctly and he promptly came and showed me how to program them to get them to work correctly. All in all I cannot say enough about how good they treated me in the service department. I also want to say how pleased I am with my purchase of my Outback Limited from Subaru of Jacksonville. My oldest daughter is now seriously considering that her next car purchase will be a Subaru. The commercial is right, if you drive a Subaru you will buy a Subaru.
