When we bought I have been a customer of Subaru of Jacksonville for 12 years now having owned a 2008 Outback and currently own a 2014 Outback Limited. When we bought our current Outback we swapped titles with our Daughter & Son-in-Law and traded in their 2005 Forester on our 2014 Outback. They still have our 2008 Outback & it is serviced by Subaru of Jacksonville! Always impressed with the level of service & customer appreciation by Subaru of Jacksonville. More
Most Excellent Arrived un-announced and was received as though I had an appointment...Waytt entered all the information and subsequently reviewed the entire services Arrived un-announced and was received as though I had an appointment...Waytt entered all the information and subsequently reviewed the entire services requested and confirmed...Expressed a time of approximately 90 minutes...About an hour later, the car was serviced (Including a car wash)...The last step was to review all items serviced which was quite simple...Lastly, Two words...Most Excellent. Easy first Time! I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. I needed a spare key for my 2010 Forester and called the dealer on Friday and they were able to order a key and have it cut for me for Monday pickup. When I got there the key was ready and I left to go start the car with the new key. It fit the ignition but would not start the car. I went back inside and the parts guy told me I would need to have it programed for $35 at the service dept. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no, just go see one of the guys at the service desk. That's where I met Steven, he got the code for my car and went out and programed it himself. He apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for my visit to Subaru of Jacksonville and told me there would be no charge. I was out of there in 10 minutes, but more importantly I know where I will go when I need service for my Subaru. More
Timely Resolution to a Dangerous Problem When I would attempt to shut off the engine on my 2016 Legacy, not all the time, but often the ignition would not completely shut off and the key woul When I would attempt to shut off the engine on my 2016 Legacy, not all the time, but often the ignition would not completely shut off and the key would not come out. I needed to restart again and again to finally remove the key from the ignition. The very helpful and courteous personnel at Subaru of Jacksonville service department examined my Legacy and within two hours, replaced the necessary part to resolve this dangerous problem. I came back to the dealership for my vehicle and it had been vacuumed and washed. Just a great experience. More
Great express service The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expre The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expresss service (oil change and tire rotation/alignment) but they also did a multi-point inspection and the free car wash which were a bonus for me. I usually try and make an appointment but the option to run in without an appointment was extremely convenient for me this time around. Waited like 35 minutes MAX and that was with the car wash, and the guest lobby is stocked with snacks, pop, water and coffee and free WiFi. Everyone in the service department is super friendly and accommodating and answered all the questions I had! More

Professional, Friendly and Helpful. Had a frustrating experience getting my windshield replaced which resulted in my having to get eyesight re-calibrated at Subaru of Jacksonville. St Had a frustrating experience getting my windshield replaced which resulted in my having to get eyesight re-calibrated at Subaru of Jacksonville. Steven Wall listened patiently as I "vented" and then arranged for the re-calibration along with a courtesy car for my use. His patience, professionalism and timely assistance was a refreshing contrast to my previous experience with the windshield replacement company. I've never had a negative experience at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
