As always, great experience! I bought my daughter's Forester at a different dealership and took it the first couple of times to their service department for routine maintenance. $300-$400 every visit! I will have to say the getting in and out of the service department is quicker than any new car dealership that I’ve ever been to; however, it doesn’ I will have to say the getting in and out of the service department is quicker than any new car dealership that I’ve ever been to; however, it doesn’t matter what I get done I can get out of there for under $300. The cost of labor is absurd in every service department no matter what brand you purchase so I am probably just venting, but no matter service is still to expensive at this dealership. Everyone who works in the service department is very polite and helpful as well as being professional in what they do. The waiting area is comfortable and there’s free coffee, sodas and water as well as snacks if you’re going to be there a while. More

I got my last oil change covered under my warranty and they didn't give me any hassle about being a couple weeks late. I also got a couple small things fixed. They were fast. No surprises and no hassles! We have dealt with 3 other Subaru dealerships in the past and this on is by far the best. I will definitely go to Subaru of Jacksonville for my next Subaru purchase! (The service department just needs a better vacuum ;) More
