Quickly talking to an actual person that was 90% sure of what the problem was and turned out correct. Kept me updated in the lounge as they figured out what the problem was. Ran into a delay with a part that could not have been anticipated. They were out of loaner cars but quickly got a rental car on the way. Fixed the car in the 2-3 days required as promised. Picked up the car and again - very efficient and the car was obviously cleaned also. Thanks so much and I have spread the word already to family and friends. More
