When we brought in our 2021 Subaru Ascent due to burning smell in the engine, our service advisor, Mike Needham had it checked out. We found out it needed a very expensive repair. We had just gone out of ou smell in the engine, our service advisor, Mike Needham had it checked out. We found out it needed a very expensive repair. We had just gone out of our 100,000 mile warranty. Mike was so wonderful! He contacted Subaru and was able to have the repair charges covered. Mike kept us informed every step of the process and was also able to provide a loaner vehicle for the time the car was being repaired. We are so impressed with the level of service we were provided.
