In the past, I typically would give 5 star reviews. However, this time around it seemed like I was a bother to the customer service rep. My wife came in cause there was some vibration at high speeds. She gave Mr. Needham the phone so I can speak to him. Naturally, before making a large purchase I would have some questions. Every question I asked was met with a sigh and an irritated, condescending tone. We agreed to the inspection and later, the work that needed to be done.
