Ease of booking extended warranty/recall and an yearly service. Once I arrived late due to torrential weather, it was easy to see where to drive up, but no one greated me, so I needed to go under the awni service. Once I arrived late due to torrential weather, it was easy to see where to drive up, but no one greated me, so I needed to go under the awning to find someone. My service advisor was worried about time to fix before close, but got 2 people to work on it and finished early! Waiting areas inside and out was very comfortable, but was out of snacks and diet drinks. Plenty of water! Very nice experience! Will go back for the next service! More
