Bad customer experience Horrible car buying experience. Tom Watkins made sure we could not buy a new vehicle. Monthly payments constantly quoted higher every time we asked. What was offered yesterday was not what was offered today even when he tells you that you are getting a sale. Tom uses the fact that you do not have a copy to the previous offer to lie about what was originally offered. Overall experience is that Tom Watkins is not an honest man. More

Apparently I didn’t know what I was missing, because this Subaru dealership exceeded every expectation. From the friendly, non-pushy salesperson to the cafe. Coco was helping us and he literally spent the day with us, answering every question and giving us great advice every step of the way. I felt like a friend and even when we discussed a few financing options, I never felt pressured and he was so patient. This may be our first Subaru, but I’m telling you now, it won’t be our last! I love my new Subaru Ascent and the fact Subaru treats their customers so well is just the icing on the cake! More
