10 months ago I would have given this dealership a 1 star review. I took my Subaru to them in September 2018 for an issue I was having with air flow in my car. They diagnosed it as needing a new A/C compressor, and while I wasn't able to afford the new part at the time, I eventually did get it replaced when I was back in Nebraska at a different dealership. It turns out the A/C compressor wasn't the part that actually needed to be replaced, as the issue continued even after repairs. The cost of the A/C Compressor I had replaced totaled almost $1,200, and it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The issue I was having was sporadic, and I hadn't had any issues with it until a couple weeks ago. I brought it back to the dealership here in Vegas in June 2019 and told them what had happened. Even though I didn't get the Compressor replaced with them, they offered to replace the correct part free of charge, and refund the diagnostic fee I had previously paid, even though they had no financial incentive to do so. The employee who originally told me to replace the A/C Compressor was no longer working there. This time I worked with Russell Shan, and he went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough good things about Russell.
