We told him who our service representative was that that we did have an appointment. He kindly asked us to wait inside and informed us that the service rep would be along soon. When Steve showed up he professionally asked us if there were any additional items that we needed checked out and told us an estimated time we would have to wait. Everything was taken care of and we had time to do a little shopping in the shops across the road. Merry Christmas! More

Replacement of A post cover due to.damage at previous servic Had remote start installed. Technician left greasy fingerprints on cloth covered trim. Had to ask how to use it.
