When reviewing the numbers, we initially were not able to make the deal work through financing, causing a no-deal, but Juan M. (JC) was considerate enough to explain the leasing process as an option. This insightful conversation resulted in us leaving the dealership with a new vehicle at a price we that worked for our budget. I can’t say again what a fantastic, professional, warm-hearted team they are.
