My sales person Mike Kahuk has always kept me up to date of the special events at Subaru and helped me to get the car that best suited my needs. Mike has such an easy way about him that made me feel totally at ease and his knowledge of each vehicle made it easy for me to identify what I wanted. I have to also mention Jason Alexander from Insurance Nation who worked tirelessly to get me the lowest rate for insurance, he was a pleasure to deal with. I would like to thank Odwin Lavinsky for respecting my tight budget and did everything in his power to keep me at a payment I felt comfortable making. Always worked to gain our business My wife and I were returning Subaru owners and were looking for our 5th new selection. Our lease was up and were contemplating keeping our 2016 Outba My wife and I were returning Subaru owners and were looking for our 5th new selection. Our lease was up and were contemplating keeping our 2016 Outback or move to another vehicle. Alan provided several options (18 outback, 18 Forester, 19 Ascent) but non that my wife loved till Alan showed her a 19 Forester sport. She loved it. There wasn't one in stock but we test drove a similar one which was great. We went to do the numbers and they weren't what we wanted. We left sad but okay with our decision. Later in the week Alan reached out to us with a better offer which was in our ballpark but not there yet. Finally, Alan reached out to us again with an offer we were happy with an made us happy once again with a price we liked and a car we loved. Other sales reps would not have tried to gain our business or would have pushed us to another choice but Alan made it happen and I thank him for that. Everyone at the dealership has been great and always felt welcome. More

Bad deal I have an issue with the paperwork We had had agreed on 31k+ aside from taxes and tags When both finance guys spoke to me about leasing, they said t I have an issue with the paperwork We had had agreed on 31k+ aside from taxes and tags When both finance guys spoke to me about leasing, they said that the same agreed price would apply I chose the lease to minimize monthly payment, would have been nice to know of the insurance upgrades required before signing. Please let me know where that 31K price is on the paper work because I cannot find it I’m actually seeing an agreed price of 34k+ which we didn’t. This was the third Subaru I bought from Subaru of PP, 7th Subaru in the last 15 years. Had a good experience the first couple of times, I let my guard down and now I'm paying for it. Lesson Learned. On another note, when I told JC my wife hit the front bumper in the garage, he offer to help me get it taken care of, gave me a cost on parts but never got back to me on painting etc. More

Amazing Confortable Service Oriented Place I ended up here after finding out I needed to replace my car on the same day. I was so impressed by the service and non-pushiness of Andres and the dealership that I walked away confortably with a new Subaru that I know I’ll love for years to come. They are extremely patient and willing to listen to your concerns and help you with anything. Andres even helped me remove my old/dirty roof racks off my trade in when he was wearing a nice suit. Best of the Best! I went in complaining about noise coming from under the front end after hitting a pot hole on I-95 in Miami (thanks Miami-Dade County Public Works!). I went in complaining about noise coming from under the front end after hitting a pot hole on I-95 in Miami (thanks Miami-Dade County Public Works!). Long story short, ended having to replace several front suspension and steering components. Joe Salerno is the man! He walked me through the estimate, negotiated with the insurance appraiser, and fixed my Outback as soon as everything was approved by my insurer. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, his shop, and the dealership. This is my FOURTH Subaru, and will never go back to any other brand! Love! P.S. For a moment, I thought I would have to purchase a new car, and Mike Kahuk walked me through possible trade in and purchase/lease options. He was a gentleman and very helpful! More

The waiting area is nice with Confortable chairs, coffee and tv. They kept me updated with the process and the cost was as I was expecting. I can’t say the same for the cashier. Totally different feeling. Very cold person, bad mood and actitud. The good thing is that I only spent a few minutes with her. I give them a 4 More
