Upon arrival, sales rep greeted us, Vehicle was waiting and ready for test drive. Sales rep explained features. We had questions regarding another trim, and also another interior color. He was very honest with his answers, without favoring one trim over the other. and showed us the other interior in another vehicle. We value honesty in a sales rep which was evident in Jorge. Overall experience was EXTRAORDINARY as indicated in my title. Very friendly, non pressurized environment. One of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. More

Great Service! Tire (s) pressure was low on my 2018 Forester and the light on the dashboard came on to let me know. I brought it over to my Subaru dealer in Pembrok Tire (s) pressure was low on my 2018 Forester and the light on the dashboard came on to let me know. I brought it over to my Subaru dealer in Pembroke Pines and they not only fixed it, but also gave me a free car wash. Excellent Customer Service We had set an appointment for 7:30 am as we have to drive 48 miles to get there and do not want to face southbound traffic in the afternoon. A new ser We had set an appointment for 7:30 am as we have to drive 48 miles to get there and do not want to face southbound traffic in the afternoon. A new service advisor (Elba) met us withing 3 minutes of arriving and wrote up what we wanted accomplished. She checked back with us every 15-20 minutes, had our car ready in an hour and went over the status of our overall car maintenance without and pressure to things done once the car was delivered from the wash area. Great experience. More

Would have given a 5 if we were not tricked in financing Johnson Emannuel was awesome. Reason why we did not give a 5 star, we specifically asked for a finance term of 60 months term. Our mistake was not to review the papers when signed, but with the back and forth, we were not thorough in checking. When we got home we realized they financed our purchase at 63 months. More
