I have owned many cars and several places. I recently moved to Florida I could not recommend a dealership more than Lokey Subaru of Port Richey. I came in for wipers and waited over an hour and a half. When my service guy went to go check on the status, another employee asked if I've been helped. He then went to see the status, only to come back and When my service guy went to go check on the status, another employee asked if I've been helped. He then went to see the status, only to come back and tell me they were just then replacing my wipers. I did not leave happy. I was late getting back to work. If they couldn't do it within the time frame they said I could have come back later that day. Or another day. More
