We traded two vehicles for a 2022 Wilderness We traded two vehicles for a 2022 Wilderness. There were no new cars on the lot at the time. They were in transport. I ask the price of the 2022 and was told by our Salesman that it was $40 to $41 K. No problem. The car came in a few days earlier than expected and was being detailed we we got to the Dealership. We signed the paperwork thinking all was good. We get home and take out the manual and the sticker price is in the glove box in the amount of $36,869. The loan was for the price of the quote not the price of the car on the sticker. We found out $3850.00 was added on as the Lockey Package. We have no information on this at all. We should have been informed what all this entails. We have no info on this package. No sticker for this was in or on the car. If we would have had a choice we would not have agreed to the expense package and would have saved a couple hundred off the car payment. If the SUV is as good as all the reviews state “ why the sneaky Package “? Steve kept telling us that if we come to Lockey dealer the oil change will not cost anything and the tires will be rotated each time. No cost means to me nothing out of pocket. Well $3850. Came out of our pockets. So there is a bad taste in our mouths for this dealership. We were lied to about this package by omission. It is a great vehicle this was handled dishonestly. He told us about the Lockey package but made it appear that the package came with the car as long as we have services done at that dealership. I had that with my Cadillac at no charge.
