The process was lengthier than anticipated. My approved financing did not work out as they came back with a higher monthly rate. Dealership ran my credit check with multiple lenders negatively impacting an financing did not work out as they came back with a higher monthly rate. Dealership ran my credit check with multiple lenders negatively impacting an already Covid challenged score. There were multiple small challenges with my used vehicle yet no one really reviewed these. I’ve discovered through the subsequent weeks of use. Yes, everyone emphasized vehicle was As Is, however with multiple vehicles available it would have been nice to have that up front conversation so I could have evaluated the options. Dealership was interested in selling that exact vehicle and did not provide any other options. All in all, as far as a used car purchase it was a neutral experience. I mark at 4 stars because they were friendly and they did do everything in their power to get me driving that same day. More
