Nasser is a fantastic sales person! He is extraordinarily polite, knowledgable, patient, and frank. Mark Belviso, on the other hand, nearly lost a sale (certainly did lose the sale the day I came to test drive the vehicle I had already decided that I wanted). Mark has clearly been in the business too long and has decided that customers need to buy vehicles more than he needs to sell them. Apparently Mark forgot that he doesn't sign my paycheck. Mark played the game too, but he plays it very poorly and chased away business. Not only was I told that if I didn't buy a vehicle THAT day that it would be traded away in the morning (I can't think of any customer that likes to be threatened, hence the reason I walked out), I was not the least bit surprised to still see the vehicle sitting on the lot when I came back. I will happily return to Subaru of Port Richey next time I am shopping for a new vehicle. But, I will also happily walk away if Mark is to have any part of conducting business regarding any possible purchase by me. More
