From the first communication with Sher then working with Austin and Curt to Carl in financing our experience was very smooth. We had a trade in, a budget, and a couple competitor suvs we were interested in. Austin and Curt to Carl in financing our experience was very smooth. Our last visit for an oil change and wheel rotation was disappointing in that as we left my wife noticed on the sheet that the tire rotation was not done. I asked the service rep. and he told me that the m disappointing in that as we left my wife noticed on the sheet that the tire rotation was not done. I asked the service rep. and he told me that the mechanic that was to do the rotation couldn't find the locking socket No other mechanic that did rotarions previous have trouble locating the locking nut in our glove compartment. Just thought it was odd that the service rep. didn't ask us where the socket was. More
