I got a great deal, zero percent interest financing. I started this on line, and the trade in calculator uses KBB but the manager did another “Black book” value that was 5k less. I was not happy but in the end they gave me the KBB trade value on my trade. They could avoid the frustration if they would just get everything on-line in line with the tools the use. Less shock. Montel did a good job putting me at ease as he worked with management. I had a hitch put in while I was there- looks great! Only issue I noticed so far was mismatched color in my floor mats. They,ve agreed to swap them tomorrow. 😊 More

I had called and spoke to Spencer telling him my battery was on its deathbed. He gave me an appt. immediately and when I arrived he was awesome! Had me in and out in under an hour!
