This is the second car I've purchased a car from this dealership since 2018 and both times it has been a great experience. I called in the morning for a battery related problem and within minutes I was a Once again, fantastic support and service at Subaru of Port Richie. I called in the morning for a battery related problem and within minutes I was advised to bring my 2019 Ascent in for check and repair if needed that afternoon. I arrived just after 1 and was met by Merlyn who processed the service in a professional and friendly manner. The Subaru dealership itself was recently rebuilt from the ground up (literally) and the waiting area is very accommodating. My Ascent was returned with a new battery within 1-1/2 hours and I was on my way back home, again quite happy and satisfied with our Subaru Ascent purchase and all the service we have received at this friendly, accommodating and professional car dealership. More

My experience dealing with Subaru Port Richey has been fenomenal from the beginning. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and her demeanor inspire confidence in her knowledge. Service Management went beyond expectations when evaluating my situation and determined that Subaru would help with the repairs. Wow!!! I am very impressed with Subaru and I am so happy with our cars, but the culture in Port Richey blowed my mind!! More

Staff was polite and knowledgeable. I worked with Myron to purchase my car, who was friendly and not pushy. The only thing that threw me off was that no one in the location wore a mask, which was unusual t to purchase my car, who was friendly and not pushy.
