It took 5 1/2 hours to pick up our vehicle when we had already done most of the preliminary work before we got there. The salesman (not Chris) did not show us all the features in the car. Waited on 2 other clients while we were there. Also said we would get a call the next day to see if we had questions. No call and that was 9 days ago. We would like Chris to sit with us and go over the features at his convenience. Love the car but afraid about future service. More

Second survey, did not trust everything was done. Tires were not clean, rims were not clean with glue from tire installation. Check up was incomplete. Was asked about brakes after tires were on car. I took my car in for a front brake job because there was a sound coming out of the front end. They put new brake pads on the front but they said the sound did not go away, so they wanted me to bring it a sound coming out of the front end. They put new brake pads on the front but they said the sound did not go away, so they wanted me to bring it in for a diagnostic which is $98. I took it to another place to have the rear brakes done. The sound still didn't go away. They searched further and found out I had a broken axle on the front. How did Subaru miss that ??? More
