Dealer was quick to address the smoke smell in e-car. Hopefully, the replacement odor will subside. Nicholl, the finance person, is condescending during the hard sell. It seems there was some misunderstanding between him and Nicholl. I had to take the initiative or I’d still be there. Joe in the service department is wonderful. Wes got the c BBC all rolling with ozone treatment and AC vents scrubbed. More
