I have been dealing with Subaru of Port Richey since 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both of our vehicles. We can plan our maintenance to keep the cars running properly with his guidance. This dealership is almost two hours from where we live and there is actually another Subaru dealership in our city. However, we are willing to take the drive down since we trust them so much. Our experience with Spencer has been wonderful! Thanks for the awesome service!! More

Spencer is one of the best service department professionals I have ever worked with. While I was unhappy that my issue took 8 hours over 2 days to resolve, my displeasure had nothing to do with h professionals I have ever worked with. While I was unhappy that my issue took 8 hours over 2 days to resolve, my displeasure had nothing to do with him or Subaru of Port Richey but rather, with the coverage I had purchased through another local Subaru dealer. For the duration of the time it took to resolve this issue, Spencer was attentive, courteous, patient, even apologetic and did everything he could to help resolve my issue.
