I'm getting to the point of saying I would not recomment this service center. The tech spilled 5 quarts of oil down the side of the fill tube - the car still stinks when I run it. People were pulling up n this service center. The tech spilled 5 quarts of oil down the side of the fill tube - the car still stinks when I run it. People were pulling up next to me to tell me I was smoking. Then I took my wife's car in for standard oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check the driver's side front tire cause it seems to have a slow leak. They never checked the tire, they didn't wash the car. They need some decent techs! More

The person at the desk was very nice, and this is in no way a poor rating for him. Masks were not required to be worn by customers or employees. Also one of your non mask wearing employees came outside and sat next to us when we were trying to avoid being close to anyone. Not only was he not social distancing, but he lit up a cigarette.I have asthma, so even pre pandemic that wouldn’t have been okay. Why are your employees smoking on the sales lot, and why would it be okay to do this sitting at the same table as customers? This was a weird visit, and I won’t be buying any more cars from Lokey or recommending that any of my friends do either. More
