I had called and spoke to Spencer telling him my battery was on its deathbed. He gave me an appt. immediately and when I arrived he was awesome! Had me in and out in under an hour! I called in the morning for a battery related problem and within minutes I was advised to bring my 2019 Ascent in for check and repair if needed that afternoon. I arrived just after 1 and was met by Merlyn who processed the service in a professional and friendly manner. The Subaru dealership itself was recently rebuilt from the ground up (literally) and the waiting area is very accommodating. My Ascent was returned with a new battery within 1-1/2 hours and I was on my way back home, again quite happy and satisfied with our Subaru Ascent purchase and all the service we have received at this friendly, accommodating and professional car dealership. More
