I can only give a 4/5 for the two days back to back visits I noticed that the service staff just chit chatted around while another customer was behind me. Although it didn’t affect me, there’s a possib visits I noticed that the service staff just chit chatted around while another customer was behind me. Although it didn’t affect me, there’s a possibility it will later on if I come in and I was that person behind someone while 2-3 staff members stood around to chat and not offering to help me. My seat is squeaking after only 6000 miles. I asked them to fix it and they said they can’t find anything wrong with it. Ever since the service appointment my car has no pick up, it’s very sluggish and hes to fix it and they said they can’t find anything wrong with it. Ever since the service appointment my car has no pick up, it’s very sluggish and hesitates and jerks when you first accelerate. The service personnel were very nice but I don’t think I can trust them with my car again More

Called about my battery needing changed as I had to get jump started, they said on phone I didn’t need an appointment to just show up, I always get my car serviced here. I showed up waited at counter for jump started, they said on phone I didn’t need an appointment to just show up, I always get my car serviced here. I showed up waited at counter for 20 minutes before 1 of the 2 people acknowledged me, then stated with attitude they were slammed busy and i needed appointment, i told them lady on phone said it was emergent situation and i did not need an appointment then they got rude and told ne to go to a kia because they were busy and if it was warranty they aren’t allowed to change my battery. But they are allowed to do my normal service on my car? Seems sketchy and I didn’t appreciate the attitude and rudeness, it’s not my fault they were busy More
