The service department manager Brian Skelton does a great job training his staff and managing his department. He takes time to say hello and ask how everything is going. My service advisor Merlyn Melendez ma job training his staff and managing his department. He takes time to say hello and ask how everything is going. My service advisor Merlyn Melendez makes sure I am not missing any of my service time lines, checks for recalls and takes care of any problems I have. This is the only place I would take my car for service even if I didn’t have a Subaru. They are great people and really care about their clients. Great job guys More
Went in for an oil change, new headlight bulb, and check my tires. My car was down super quick walked out to my car with a huge gash in the tire I advised them to look at. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t even touch the tires so it wasn’t their fault. I never said it was just concerned that they told me tires looked ok but they were going to let me drive off like that. They drove it in the back, came back telling me it was dry rot and then asked me for the keys. I advised them they had the keys last because they drove it in the back which they didn’t believe me where I finally had to say “let me put it to you this way…you drive off with it and we haven’t moved from this spot so I don’t know what you want me to do!”. Beyond frustrated they did not try to sell me two tires which is also a red flag but we checked out, and went on our way. I was even more upset that the person helping was a trainee and no manager came to try to assist him or talk with me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for most of it but did not like how I was treated. I loved my Subaru and bought it off that showroom floor but the way he treated me, I knew I would never go back to that location. But wait there is more… Less than a week after, every single light on my dash board came on… not I really don’t trust them or what was potentially done to my Subaru so I made the tough decision to sell my car elsewhere and buy something different. More
