He handled my situation well as I was away for military training when I began the car buying experience. He had the car ready for me and under overhead cover when I arrived for the purchase, he also arranged for the dealership to hold the car for me until 24DEC so I can pick it up and have it as a surprise for my wife in the driveway Christmas morning. I would recommend Subaru of Puyallup to anyone and if you know what car you want and you want a fast, friendly, no nonsense, experience with no "sales pitches" or tricks definitely ask for Mr. Ecklund; his service is top-notch.
