Great Car Buying Experience Had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. After having a frustrating experience at a Subaru dealership north of Seattle we drove down to Puyallup. Had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. After having a frustrating experience at a Subaru dealership north of Seattle we drove down to Puyallup. It was a night and day experience. Dima the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. We let him know that we wanted an Outback, what features we wanted including color and what price we were willing to pay. He gave us a great deal right away without haggling over the price. We also had our 2 year old son with us and Dima and the whole staff was extremely accommodating. We will for sure be shopping here again next time we need a car. More

Absolutely Marvelous! My husband and I were onor way home treatment, and decided to stop by this dealership since we kept hearing about their stress free environment. Jerome immediately greeted us and took us on a tour of the vehicles and questioned what we wanted and what we currently had, typical dealer talk and such. As more time passed he started to become more than a dealer and more of a friend. It was nice and very welcomed change. He was both professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great salesman and an even better person to talk to. I think that's what makes him stand out. Subaru + Kimberlee=Hapoy Customer 4 Life Kimberlee sold my husband and I 2 previous Subarus so when our Divorce left me without a vehicle and challenging credit I knew she was the only one th Kimberlee sold my husband and I 2 previous Subarus so when our Divorce left me without a vehicle and challenging credit I knew she was the only one that I wanted to deal with. She listened to what I needed and found me exactly what I wanted. The finance department was respectful, quick and didn't make me feel like a less valuable customer just because I wasn't a 700+ rating.
