This is my 2nd time buying from this dealership. I got the opportunity to deal with Blaine on this trip. My girlfriend and I came in one day and I was looking to purchase a new wrx. We were walking around looking at the cars they had on the lot when Blaine walked over asked how my day was and wanted to know what brought me in today. After explaining what I was in for he walked in grabbed keys and for a test drive we went. Normally during test drives there always so awkward and quite. Blaine wanted to talk, ask about me what I do for work and so on. After finding about tons on common interest. The test drive just felt like a drive with a friend. I actually felt important and felt like I was wanted there to buy a car. I got there for my 530PM appointment with Jerry and he was ON TIME!! That already was a great start to this experience. My mom had worked with Jerry a while back to buy a Crosstrek and had a great experience but we have two very different personalities. I am one to always have to make my own opinions. The fact that he was on time and ready for me at 530 PM really meant a lot to me. I had worked all day and the last thing I wanted to do was sit around and wait for him. I told Jerry my wants and needs and he listened and remembered and even made some suggestions to help me pick the right car and color for me. He was caring and easy to work with. I am so happy with my purchase yesterday and I plan on making sure if people are on the marker for a Subaru to go see Jerry. I have to give Wade in Finance a shout out as well. WHAT A NICE GUY!!!
