After searching for a new Outback, I was drawn to Subaru of Puyallu Subaru of Puyallup makes the car buying experience a much less daunting adventure. After searching for a new Outback, I was drawn to Subaru of Puyallup for the competitive pricing, but more specifically, the customer service. Andrew Wheeler was our salesman. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. There was not a text or email that did not get a quick response, even on his days off. He searched and secured the exact Outback model I wanted and had it on the lot for me. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, often indecisive and impatient. Andrew took all of that in stride and made the car purchase a breeze. My husband will need a car this month (VW buyback), and we will definitely be going back to Subaru of Puyallup and Andrew Wheeler for our new purchase. Oh, and the cherry on top, the waiting room is marvelous and you can even get a massage. More

Brian explained everything about the new car, even installed the cell phone and help me enter radio stations that I like. We have bought 4 Subaru's from Subaru of Puyallup, 2 outback's and 2 Forester's. We live in Auburn but choose to go to Puyallup because of the excellent service.. The men in the service department are professional and explain about our car in a way we can understand when we bring the car in for service. We love our new car. We are so pleased with the new features. Thank You More

Great Experience I would give 6 stars if I could. Found a truck I was interested in online. Talked to Judy and Dima on the phone and front that point forward it was I would give 6 stars if I could. They had computer issues the day I was there and they decided to send me home with the truck rather than have me wait or come back, knowing I came from an hour up north. The next day, Dima drove an hour north to meet me and sign the papers. Great guy, and the service was the best. Will highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and specifically Dima to friends and family looking for a car. Thanks!! More
