Although I don't usually write reviews, my experience was so fantastic that I wanted to share it. Kimberlee was efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. There was none of the 'gaminess' that so often accompanies buying a car. I requested a price, she met it, and that was that. All of the staff there were a pleasure to work with. Best Buying Experience EVER! From start to finish, our experience with Puyallup Subaru was amazing. Our first connection was actually through the internet manager, Shelly Meysenbu From start to finish, our experience with Puyallup Subaru was amazing. Our first connection was actually through the internet manager, Shelly Meysenburg. She listened carefully to all of our needs and quickly went to work to find the impossible car according to 12 different dealers around the area. We wanted a 2017 metallic grey Subaru Crosstrek. These are hard to find. She had one on the lot for us in less than 48 hours from our commitment to buy. Wow! On top of that, Ryan Forstrom was able to answer all of our questions regarding the technology in the car. He even brought his own cord to hook our phone into the system and try it out. First class service. Carl Watts was our salesman who did an excellent job walking us through absolutely everything about the car so that we didn't have to guess how things work on our own. Our final compliment goes to Wade Finley who helped us through what most would find the stressful part of buying a car...financing. It was actually totally stress free and he really connected with us on a personal level. From beginning to end, Puyallup Subaru made the car buying experience fun and we absolutely love our new car!!! You should go check out their newly remodeled facilities. My favorite is the quiet fireplace room with easy chairs while you wait. The ambiance was perfect for the end of a long day at work. Thank you Puyallup Subaru. More

She took the time to point out the features that meant the most to me, and when it came time for my decision to purchase my Forester, she kept me very well informed and was on top of it all for me! I would refer Kimberlee to any of my family or friends looking to make a new car purchase :) Oh, and their newly remodeled space is pretty nice as well! I was taken care of by Jerome who was energetic, charismatic, and let me test drive the car twice to make sure I loved it. I drove off in a brand new Outback Limited with every feature I wanted, for a great price, and weeks later, I love it just the same! The staff is also very helpful with following up with me. Pain Free Car Buying Exsperience I was in desperate need of a car and I was sure that the dealers would see me as an easy target based on the anxiety ridden "no poker face" face! Based on a friends recommendation, I arrived at Subaru of Puyallup and was promptly greeted by 2 service providers eager to help...even with the Seahawk game playing on every single TV in the showroom. George became the man of the hour for me that day! A more patient man I've yet to meet. What a pleasure to have such a non-stress buying experience. I would definitely tell my friends to visit Subaru of Puyallup ..just like my friend told me. More
The most pain-free car buying experience I've bought a few cars in my day; and however much I might have wanted (or needed) the car, buying it would always dampen my enthusiasm. How can it ta I've bought a few cars in my day; and however much I might have wanted (or needed) the car, buying it would always dampen my enthusiasm. How can it take the dealership longer to process my purchase than it takes me to choose a car? Subaru of Puyallup is trying their best to change that experience. If I'd been quicker on my phone to my insurance company, I'd have been out of the dealership in under ninety minutes. Sadly, I didn't think of it at the time. Special thanks to Wade, who handled the paper work. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and fast. I can't emphasize enough how hard they worked to get me out the door quickly. We bought a certified pre-owned Forester from Dima Railean. We found it on the Internet and called about it before we went to the dealership. We showed up and Dima met us in the parking lot. A handshake, a quick trip into the office to get keys, and we were on a test drive. There wasn't a lot of time wasted: I told Dima what they wanted, and he made it happen. I can't say enough good things about Subaru of Puyallup. I'll definitely be returning to Dima when I need to buy another car. More
