I never felt rushed as he took the time needed to explain all of the features (there are so many) and showed me exactly how they worked. I can be quirky, but he rolled with everything and did an outstanding job of finding the best car at the best price for me. Great sales people, management needs work I went to this dealer to buy a new car. I first met with Matt Stevers and test drove the Impreza. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions an I went to this dealer to buy a new car. I first met with Matt Stevers and test drove the Impreza. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with him. I came back two days later and met with Taylor Kirby. He was also honest, upfront and cordial. After purchasing the vehicle, Taylor wasn’t happy with the condition of it. Apparently wherever they park or store some of the vehicles they can get pretty dirty, mine had sap all over it. He wanted to take it to the auto body shop to get it cut and buffed to make it look new again. I asked to see the car and in doing so also noticed that there was discoloration on the panel around one of the windows. One of the railings had it as well, it looked like something had dripped onto it and stained it. It was evident on the paint near it as well. Taylor thought this would possibly all come out when the auto body shop was done with it. They gave me a loaner car and two days later it was done at the shop. Taylor drove the car out to my property and upon inspection it still had the discoloration on the same spots, the paint was better though. I asked what my options were, Taylor said he would talk to management to figure out what could be done, he agreed with my concerns throughout the entire process. After he talked to his manager they wanted to replace the panels and still give me the car. Management never spoke to me during this entire process, they should have stepped in on day one to talk options when the car they sold me was not what it was supposed to be. Replacing pieces of a new car no longer makes it new, I would be worried about it being installed incorrectly or leaking later on, something you shouldn’t have to worry about with a new vehicle purchase. Replacing the pieces was going to take another 5 or more days, I stewed over this during the weekend and didn’t feel good about it, so I mentioned it to Taylor, he talked with management again and they had gotten in basically the same car but different color in that I could purchase instead. They didn’t feel that my time was worth more than a $100-200 markoff (and that was only if I bought a Premium Impreza for $2000 more than our original agreement) after all of this. We didn’t really want the color option and we sort of had a bad taste in our mouths up to this point with how management dealt with this, so we chose to dissolve the deal and take our business elsewhere. Taylor got a ride out to my house and picked up the loaner, again he was very understanding and cordial, I was disappointed we couldn’t find a deal that benefited all of us, but I think management is to blame for that. I don’t even know who in “management” to rate here because I never spoke with them, looking back I could have reached out myself but I shouldn’t have to in a case like this. The sales team was great though, if the car I received was perfect as a new car should be, this review would have been 5 stars throughout. If there aren’t any problems with the car you’re buying, which should be the case, I would recommend this dealership, otherwise go somewhere else. More

I found the car I was interested in on line (loved the free CarFax inf I bought my first Subaru 29 years ago from Camp which is now Subaru of Spokane. I found the car I was interested in on line (loved the free CarFax information) and scheduled a test drive. Mark was informative, friendly and directed me to the best test drive I've ever taken which allowed me to really get a feeling for the car- hills, curves, freeway and city driving. The dealership's no hassle pricing was a new experience, but I felt was less stressful for both of us as there wasn't the back and forth games played. I felt I got a very good price on my car and am thrilled with it. I wanted to buy from Subaru of Spokane because of my past experiences and I've been very happy with their service center in the last 29 years that I've used it.
